HR and OD Consultant
£24,720 - £43,260 (depending on experience)

As Oxfordshire’s leading HR & OD Consultancy, we’re seeking an experienced Consultant who can cut through complexity, bringing clarity, sound judgement and emotional intelligence where it’s needed most. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, value‑adding HR and OD support, underpinned by a genuine desire to help others succeed.
A strong regard for values, standards and behaviours is essential, alongside enjoying the opportunity to work remotely or onsite with clients and our team, always operating with good governance and positive outcomes in mind.
