My Background

Prior to onboarding with You Consultancy, my career spanned the public sector for over 36 years. I have worked in various senior Director roles and have a wealth of managerial and leadership experience that I bring to You Consultancy.

I joined the Consultancy in 2019 and I have been focussing on the development within our partnerships arrangements, ensuring we are connected within our local business communities and enhancing our system capabilities to ensure we as a Consultancy can offer the very best in HR services.

My Approach

I always look at what is possible and strive to achieve the impossible! I fully believe that working in collaboration with my colleagues within the organisation and with the clients we work with. I always approach every situation as a learning opportunity to engage with the client so that we can meet their needs. I am a people person (so I’m in the right job!) that can reflect and approach situations with positivity and energy.

Why You Consultancy

Because ‘It’s all about the people’ – finding ways to help that are unique to those clients we work with is very exciting and rewarding as no client contract is the same so no one day is the same. The vibrancy and approach of the consultancy is a massive draw and that there is an emphasis on having fun whilst achieving results in everything we do. 

You Consultancy gives so much back as well, with fundraising for our Charity partner always high on our agenda.

My interests

Keen but not so good golfer! Enjoy cooking, eating and walking the dogs. Family life!
