We are looking for an experienced full-time (preferably) Junior HR Consultant who wants to excel their existing knowledge and skills by gaining the opportunity to work as a Consultant with a varied portfolio of clients. This role will enable you to work across the full spectrum of HR and OD activities, providing comprehensive, pragmatic, and proactive support, advice and guidance to our clients spanning all four of our service lines, through both our Retained and Pay As You Go (PAYG) service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Contract Lead on a small portfolio of clients providing high quality deliverables that proactively live our values, and span our 4 Consultancy service lines; Everyday HR activity; People Development and Business Optimisation; Business Growth, Change and Development; through to Workplace Wellbeing.   
  • Apply effective, efficient and methodical organisational and planning skills, maintaining administrative requirements, and managing competing and conflicting demands from own client portfolio and wider requirements from across the Consultancy.
  • Able to work with agility, communicate effectively and readjust planned work proactively that intuitively prevents pressure.   
  • Produce high quality standard outputs, including reports, annual workplans and wider outcomes that demonstrate meaningful and engaging client solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain ‘trusted’ collaborative relationships within the You HR Team, with clients, the You HR network and own network, providers and other representatives, and always demonstrate professional credibility.  
  • Provide content for marketing activity including articles, blogs and vlogs, client testimonials and case studies, generally engaging regularly to champion healthy interaction with You HR marketing content, particularly on social media platforms.   
  • Proactively engage and support the delivery of Consultancy objectives, targets and goals.   
  • Design and undertake reviews of You HR Academy content that spans our 4 service lines ensuring material produced follows best practice and is enticing for the client user and promotes the refreshingly vibrant and modern brand and style of You HR Consultancy.   
  • Support the design, development and implementation of new products across our 4 service lines – including supporting the design and delivery of development programmes and other client or consultancy projects.
